The roadway design plans linked here are preliminary and subject to change without notice. Additional design considerations and environmental information are being further evaluated to minimize environmental and property impacts as part of the Final Environmental Impact Statement, or FEIS, decision making process. The FEIS is currently being prepared and will be released to the public for review and comment once completed. The FEIS release will be followed by a Design Public Hearing which will show the most up to date roadway plans for public review and comment. The Design Public Hearing maps will be made available on the website at the time the FEIS is released.
