Patrick Molamphy was appointed to the N.C. Board of Transportation in 2021 by the Senate pro tempore.
Molamphy is the principal of Citadel Development Group in Pinehurst, is president of NorthState Insurance/Advisors and prior owner of Albermarle Oil Company. He is also designated as a chartered financial consultant, a chartered life underwriter and an accredited investment fiduciary.
A member of the Sandhills Rotary Club, Molamphy previously served as president of the Rockingham Rotary Club, chairman of the Richmond County Chamber of Commerce, board member of Sandhills Community College Foundation and a member of the finance committee of FirstHealth of the Carolinas.
