N.C. 168 Improvements Feasibility StudyThe purpose of the N.C. 168 Improvements feasibility study is to determine the best design and preliminary cost estimates for construction, utilities and right-of-way. N.C. 168 is a very busy corridor with Moyock becoming a bedroom community for people who work in Virginia.
