The N.C. Department of Transportation is taking industry stakeholder input to assist in the development of the state’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program, or NEVI.

Starting Monday, Jan. 30, NCDOT has scheduled a series of roundtables throughout the state (see full schedule below) to meet with regional stakeholders and to provide a forum for stakeholder feedback.

Registration is required. Due to space limitations, no more than one representative from each company or organization are eligible to register.

Each roundtable is about 90 minutes long and will host utilities, electrical vehicle equipment suppliers, site hosts.

The public may attend open house sessions from 5-6 p.m. Registration is not required for the open house sessions.

Feedback from these meetings will be used to develop a request for information document to be released in February. This request will help in the creation of the program’s request for proposal that will be used to select qualified respondents to implement the program.
