The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles will hold a virtual public hearing for a
NCDMV Proposed Temporary Rule.
This virtual hearing is being held to solicit comments on the proposed temporary change to Title 19A, of the North Carolina Administrative Code, Chapter 03, Subchapter K, Part .0103.
