One Lane of I-40 East Set to Close Tuesday for Pothole Patching

​DURHAM – Contractors for the N.C. Department of Transportation plan to close the left lane closest to the median wall of Interstate 40 East ​​between N.C. 751 and Fayetteville Road tomorrow so crews can safely patch potholes.

This work is scheduled between 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.

Drivers should allow for extra time tomorrow and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
