NCDOT Seeks Public Input on Williamston Intersection Improvement Project

​WILLIAMSTON – The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting on Thursday to answer questions and accept comments on proposals to improve the intersection at U.S. 13/17 and Main Street/Willow Drive in Martin County.  

The meeting will be held Jan. 30 from 5-7 p.m. at Moratoc Park, 102 River Drive in Williamston.

Information on the project will be presented at the meeting allowing for one-on-one discussions with engineers, but there will be no formal presentation. People may drop in at any time to review preliminary design maps, ask questions of engineers and submit comments.

The public comment period will end on Feb. 14.
