CAROLINA BEACH - A section of a New Hanover County road is scheduled to be closed to traffic next week.
Ocean Boulevard near Dow Road will be temporarily closed Nov. 18-22. During the closure, N.C. Department of Transportation maintenance staff will replace a pipe to improve water flow in the area.
Drivers should avoid traveling near the work site and plan their commute prior to leaving for their destination.
