RALEIGH - Two new partnership programs give NC Quick Pass customers more options to pay their toll invoices or manage their accounts.
License Plate Agency Partnership
Participating License Plate Agencies allow customers to pay their toll invoices or add funds to an existing NC Quick Pass account.
This pilot is the first step in an ongoing effort to expand NC Quick Pass customer service options to places customers already need to be.
“NC Quick Pass is consistently innovating to make the customer experience more convenient and efficient,” said Angela Queenland, N.C. Turnpike Authority Manager of Customer Service. “This pilot program will provide more options to customers already conducting business at license plate agency offices to conveniently pay their invoices at the same time.”
The first two partnering license plate agencies are located in:
- Durham (4215 University Dr., Suite 8, Durham, NC 27707); and
- Fuquay Varina (1421 E. Broad St., Fuquay Varina, NC 27526)
NC Quick Pass expects to expand the program to include additional locations in the future. Participating locations now and in the future can be found on our

MoneyGram Partnership
The
partnership with MoneyGram allows customers the option to pay their toll invoices or add funds to their account at any
physical MoneyGram location.
Customers visiting a MoneyGram location will need to have the name on file with NC Quick Pass, the associated ZIP code, and either their account, invoice or transponder number. Some locations may also require a photo ID. Customer will now see the MoneyGram receive code on their invoices under Payment Options.
MoneyGram locations only accept cash payments, with the exception of Walmart locations which also allow debit cards as a method of payment. Information on the MoneyGram partnership can be found on our

Customers should note that License Plate Agency and MoneyGram partnership locations only accept Bill by Mail invoice payments and payments made to add funds to existing NC Quick Pass accounts. Customers looking to open a new account or manage their account can do so at
