WAXHAW – N.C. Department of Transportation crews will close Bonds Grove Church Road between N.C. 16 and Waxhaw-Marvin Road on Monday morning, weather permitting.
The closure is needed so crews can safely replace a pipe under the roadway, anticipated to continue through the first week of November.
During the closure, a posted detour will take drivers along Waxhaw-Marvin Road, Gray Byrum Road and N.C. 16, returning to Bonds Grove Church Road.
Local access will be maintained during the project.
