HOLLY SPRINGS – A local bridge is slated to be closed for a few days next week to perform deck repairs.
Crews plan to close Old Holly Springs Apex Road where it crosses Little Branch creek from 7 a.m. Monday through Wednesday afternoon to conduct the repairs. The work is weather dependent and subject to change.
During the closure, traffic will be detoured along Woods Creek, Friendship and Holly Springs New Hill roads to access points on either side.
Drivers should be cautious near the work zone and allow extra time for the detour.
