RALEIGH – The overnight installation of a new overhead sign on Airport Boulevard will cause temporary delays.
Tonight from 10 p.m. until 3:30 a.m., all lanes of Airport Boulevard, heading towards and away from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, will be closed for 30 minutes at a time.
Every thirty minutes, traffic will open back up, allowing vehicles to pass.
Drivers looking to head towards or leave the airport are advised to take Aviation Parkway.
Construction is expected to finish before 3:30 a.m. tomorrow, but lane closures may be in effect until 6 a.m.
