RALEIGH — The N.C. Department of Transportation's contractor for the Capital Boulevard bridges project plans to close the outside two lanes of Capital Boulevard in both directions between Lane Street and Wade Avenue from 9 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday.
This closure will allow the contractor to grade for and place the outside curb along the roadway.
The closure is weather dependent and subject to change.
Drivers should allow extra time and pay extra attention while driving through the work zone.
