CHARLOTTE – Lane closures on Interstate 277 that were to begin June 20 have been postponed.
The contractor and NCDOT will reschedule the following lane closures at a later time. The work is part of a project for bridge and pavement improvements on the John Belk Freeway.
The double lane closure will occur near North Tryon Street and will end at East Trade Street. The lane closures, which are not scheduled to begin yet, will last about two weeks.
