Charlotte - The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting next week regarding a project to improve a section of N.C. 16 Business at the Triangle Circle/Unity Church Road intersection in Denver. Proposed work includes realigning the intersection’s approaches and adding turn lanes.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 19, at the East Lincoln Community Center, 8160 Optimist Club Road in Denver, from 5 to 7 p.m. Interested citizens may attend the meeting at any time, as no formal presentation will be made. For residents who cannot attend the meeting, comments can be submitted in writing, by phone or email through May 4.
