Public Comment Needed for Proposed Extension of Forum Parkway in Rural Hall

RURAL HALL — Transportation officials will hold a meeting to inform the public of the project and gather public input on the proposed design of a new two-lane roadway at a new location between Forum Parkway and N.C. 66 in Forsyth County.

The meeting will be held Tuesday, March 27, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Woodland Baptist Church, located at 1175 Bethania-Rural Hall Road in Rural Hall.

The public can view maps displaying the location and design of the project in advance of the public meeting on the NCDOT public meeting web page.

NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments regarding the proposed project. No formal presentation will be made. There will also be the opportunity to submit written comments and questions until April 17.

NCDOT will provide auxiliary aids and services under the Americans with Disabilities Act for disabled persons who wish to participate in this meeting.
