​​​​​​​​​It's time to set the N.C. Department of Transportation's new triennial Fiscal 2025-27 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Goals.

NCDOT invites you to participate in its statewide DBE Stakeholder Consultation sessions on the new DBE goal methodology for federally funded projects.
