Local coordinators with the N.C. Department of Transportation's Litter Management Program are responsible for managing anti-litter programs, such as Adopt-A-Highway and Litter Sweep, in their assigned counties.
Coordinators work with volunteers to select an available stretch of state-maintained highway and can answer questions about the program.
If you would like to get involved with an anti-litter program, like Adopt-A-Highway or Litter Sweep, find and contact your county coordinator below.
