BURGAW – A couple of pipes will be replaced to improve water flow in areas of Pender and Sampson counties beginning next week.
The following roads will be closed between Jan. 13 and 24:
Both roads will be closed to traffic, and drivers should seek alternate routes and use caution when traveling near the site.
