RALEIGH- The North Carolina Turnpike Authority is continuing construction activities on the newly opened extension of the Triangle Expressway (Toll N.C. 540) from N.C. 55 Bypass to Interstate 40.
The exit ramp from Toll N.C. 540 West to Old Stage Road (exit 43) is scheduled to open to traffic on Friday, November 22 at 12:00 p.m. noon. After opening, all ramps to and from Old Stage Road will be operational.
