Select Piedmont Trains Departure Times to Change

RALEIGH –  Some departure times for the state-run Piedmont train, which runs between Raleigh and Charlotte, are changing starting Sept. 6. 

The schedule changes are as follows:

• Burlington Station:
  

  • 75 Piedmont (Southbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 11:08 a.m.; the new departure time is 11:17 a.m.
      

  • 74 Piedmont (Northbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 12:24 p.m.; the new departure time is 12:28 p.m.
      

• Cary Station: 
  

  • 74 Piedmont (Northbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 1:23 p.m.; the new departure time is 1:31 p.m.
      

• Durham Station:
  

  • 75 Piedmont (Southbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 10:32 a.m.; the new departure time is 10:34 a.m.
      

  • 74 Piedmont (Northbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 1:03 p.m.; the new departure time is 1:11 p.m.
      

• Greensboro Station:
  

  • 75 Piedmont (Southbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 11:33 a.m.; the new departure time is 11:41 a.m.
      

  • 74 Piedmont (Northbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 12:03 p.m.; the new departure time is 12:04 p.m.
      

• High Point Station:
  

  • 75 Piedmont (Southbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 11:49 a.m.; the new departure time is 11:58 a.m.
      

  • 74 Piedmont (Northbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 11:44 a.m.; the new departure time is 11:45 a.m.
      

• Kannapolis Station:
  

  • 75 Piedmont (Southbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 12:39 p.m.; the new departure time is 12:46 p.m.
      

• Salisbury Station:
  

  • 75 Piedmont (Southbound)
    

    • The current departure time is 12:23 p.m.; the new departure time is 12:30 p.m.
      

Six Piedmont trains, owned and operated by the N.C. Department of Transportation, offer daily service to Charlotte, Kannapolis, Salisbury, High Point, Greensboro, Burlington, Durham, Cary and Raleigh.
