The N.C. Department of Transportation and City of Raleigh are pleased
to announce that Raleigh Union Station is set to open mid-July 2018. (Find out more about Raleigh Union Station.)

Raleigh Union Station, at 510 W. Martin St., will replace the existing Raleigh Amtrak station at 320 W. Cabarrus St.

The current Raleigh Amtrak station will close once Raleigh Union Station opens.

As construction wraps up in late May or early June, passengers
should check their tickets and call 800-BY-TRAIN to ensure they go to
the correct station.

To make the transition from the current station to Raleigh Union as smooth as possible, there are some things you need to know.

Parking
All parking at Raleigh Union Station is paid. A parking deck is located
across the street, while limited short-term and disability parking is
available in front of the station.
Parking Deck

Parking spots are available across the street from Raleigh Union Station in a deck connected to a building called The Dillon.

The address to use for GPS is 223 S. West St.

When entering, take a ticket from the machine and then have it ready when exiting. There is no attendant on duty.

Parking costs $2 per hour or $18 maximum per day. (Pay by credit card only when exiting the parking deck)
Short-Term & Disability Parking

Limited short-term and disability parking is available at the station.

Enter from West Street and drive into the traffic circle. Parking spots are on the left.

There is a two-hour limit.

Parking costs $1.25 per hour. (Pay by credit card or coins at the meter).
Passenger Drop-Offs
