Equal Opportunity Contractor Compliance

The Equal Opportunity Contractor Compliance Program ensures prime contractors and subcontractors with contracts in excess of $10,000 on federally funded projects do not discriminate in employment and contracting on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability or sex.

Compliance is required under Sections II and III of the Federal Highway Administration's "Required Contract Provisions."

Additional information about the Equal Opportunity Contractor Compliance Program is available on Connect NCDOT, the Department's resource website for business partners.
