The North Carolina Department of Transportation has established a Multi-Branch Evaluation Committee for evaluating new products and construction methods. Your company's product(s) will be evaluated according to the NCDOT's procedure for new product evaluation.

Representatives wishing to have their products evaluated should complete the "Preliminary Information Forms" and submit  five (5) copies along with five (5) sets of the appropriate sales and technical data, including MSDS sheets for each product.

Rather than giving a blanket approval for an entire line of products, we evaluate each product separately on its own merit. We therefore ask that a separate set of the Preliminary Information Sheets be completed for each submitted product.

When required, samples of your product will be requested by the Materials and Test Unit for further evaluation. We appreciate your interest to market your product within NCDOT.
